Weekday trucker jacket

While I’m not happy with the warmer weather, it allows some of the other jackets more time in the sun. Although more sun probably isn’t the right thing for this jacket - it has fade marks from a previous wash. I’ll call it “patina” and be done with it.

Polka dot feather scarf

The weather’s warmer but not that warm. Some people in this city are letting sunshine get to their heads; they’re walking around in t-shirts and shorts. Ya’ll are crazy for leaving the house without a jacket and feathers.

I picked this label-less wonder from a boutique closeout sale in Chicago. It reminds me of the feather scarves from my favorite Burberry menswear collection. I’m still on the hunt for them on resale.

Prada Brique bag

Last weekend I went to Prada to look at the new bags for men. The hero bags for Spring are brown, soft, round-edged and born weathered. They’re beautiful but not for me. They continue to make the Brique in new colors, but why bother when black is king?
