Umbrella, snacks and gloves

Last night was the first moviegoing outing of the year. We settled for Heart Eyes in honor of the upcoming holiday. Maybe it’s because I haven’t sat in an AMC theater (I think my last 4-5 theater experiences have all been at Alamo), but the number of trailers, local ads, AMC ads, and PSAs equalled around 20. Never showing up on time for an AMC movie ever again.

The Somehow Heartbreak Feels Good in a Place Like This outfit

H&M fingerless gloves
Signet ring

I reached for these again today and was startled when my signet ring fell out of the righthand glove. I hadn’t felt it slip off my finger when I last removed the glove from my hand. It’s too loose on my pinky finger. I’m going to lose this ring before the end of the year - mark my words.

Jonathan Tucker tee

Jonathan Tucker has been a favorite since The Deep End, and I was thrilled that someone commemorated his surprise appearance as a murderous asylum orderly in Hannibal. I also have a matching sticker of this scene. He was really good in this episode.

Prada chelsea brogue

Not the best option for this outfit, but I felt like taking them out for the evening. It’s so chilly that my foot felt numb in this shoe when I walked to the theater.

Chanel Edinburgh bag

Needed to wear some chain today, and needed a bag to stow my umbrella, snacks and gloves. Perfect guy for the job.

Johnson Leathers chevron jacket

The leather tassel on the Riri M10 zip came undone and fell of somewhere in this city, so I need to get it replaced. Wearing this as a second skin to keep shaping it to my form.

Elfin snood
H&M B&M cap

My memory eludes me: I can’t recall where I purchased this snood. I know it was somewhere in Europe (Sweden? Norway?), and I remember some tall guy trying it on for a laugh with his friends. The second he set it down, I snatched it up and went to the till without even trying it on. Anything that makes you look like some dastardly elf is a must buy.
